Grades 9-12: Cross Country Skiing

Gear up for a snowy adventure with a day of cross-country skiing! Before we hit the trails, an experienced guide will instruct students on the basics of cross-country skiing. After the instruction, students will explore scenic but groomed trails together. At the trail’s end, we will enjoy a delicious lunch at the Soldier Hollow Grill. The school will pay for the activity and lunch for each student. Don’t miss out on this day of skiing fun – see you there!

BUS SERVICE: The school will provide bus service to and from Soldier Hollow. The pickup and drop off are at Lumen Scholar Institute’s Orem campus. 

Students should wear or bring the following items to this outdoor activity:

• Warm clothes that can be removed as you get hot. Be prepared for weather changes.
• Warm snow boots and socks
• Water bottle labeled with your name
