Fall Cooking Classes! |
We’re excited to introduce a brand-new 6-week cooking series with Chef Rebekah Stewart!
Chef Rebekah received her culinary degree in French cuisine from Le Cordon Bleu Paris and also earned her Pastry Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in August 2025. She has more than 10 years of experience teaching cooking classes to both kids and adults and loves helping students build confidence in the kitchen.
Throughout the series, students will learn practical, hands-on culinary skills including:
- 🔪 Knife Skills — julienne, dice, mince, chiffonade, fileting fish, slicing meat, and carving a whole chicken
- 🍗 Proteins & Marinating — acids, flavorings, marinades, and working with different proteins
- 🌿 Fresh Herbs — flavor profiles, pairing herbs with dishes, and proper washing and drying
- 🍝 Grains, Pasta & Timing — cooking different grains and pastas while learning the importance of timing
- 🍽️ Plating — making dishes colorful, appetizing, and beautiful
- 🥖 Breads — bagels, sourdough, whole grains, English muffins, and more
- 🔥 Grilling — learning how to BBQ both savory and sweet dishes
- 👨🍳 Final Project — students will independently prepare a final dish and showcase the skills they’ve learned!
This series is about more than following recipes, it’s about building real kitchen skills, creativity, confidence, and independence.
Make sure you have signed up to join the class!
We can’t wait to see what our students create!
