Waivers
Everyone who wishes to participate must have a signed waiver completed by the day of the activity. Click here to sign the online waiver.
The school will provide sufficient staff to supervise the students throughout the activity. Parents should only plan to accompany their child if a pre-approved, written accommodation is on file with the school for this activity.
Parents should plan accordingly to pick up students on time.
The deadline to register for tickets is Wednesday, November 12th at 4:00 PM.
