Family Event: End-of-Year Party

Important Information

• This is a private event for Lumen families only.
• This is a family event; the school will not provide supervision.
• Students will not be allowed to enter without a chaperone who has their own ticket, so please plan to stay and enjoy the event with your children.
• All activities at Provo Beach will be available free of charge except for the FlowRider, which will be closed for this event. The arcade will be unlimited free play during the event.

Advance Tickets are Required

• Students will need to register for a free ticket.
• Family members of students who will be attending must purchase a non-student ticket for $10 each. All non-student attendees ages 4 and up must purchase tickets by the deadline to enter the event (no exceptions).
• The deadline to purchase/register for tickets is Wednesday, May 14, at 3:00 p.m. 

All ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Waivers

Everyone who wishes to participate must have a signed waiver completed by the deadline. 

Food

Lumen will provide attendees with a slice of pizza and a drink at no additional charge.
