Enrollment Info

Complete and submit an application through the ‘Apply Today!” tab. Our Admissions Office will contact your family after an application is received.

After our Lottery opens families will be notified as soon as slots become available. Once a student is accepted into the school, a registration packet will be sent to the family and the parent should complete the registration process within 24 hours.  Below you will find a list of required documents that must be turned in with your enrollment packet.

-Birth Certificate

-Immunization records

-Withdraw forms

Once approved for enrollment, the Lumen team will schedule an initial assessment. Using the assessment data, the parent/guardian and student will meet with our Elementary Administrator (k-6th graders) or our Lumen Counselor, (7-12th graders.)
